Grace Eternal

Behold the Lamb of God

who purged away the stain

of sin from off our souls,

that we might be again

with Him on high in Glory,

forever with the Son;

the beginning of the story,

of how, through Him, we’ve won

against the pow’rs of sin and death –

no longer we’re enslaved,

for by His groaning, dying breath,

the Lord Christ Jesus saved

His precious sheep,

for we are His,

and He’s our mighty Friend.

No greater story than this there is,

because there is no end.
